Terms of Service

DRAFT — pending legal review. Last updated 2026-07-18.

1. Who we are

maildome is operated by peers network s.r.o. (IČO 23186372), Brno, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the maildome SMTP sending service (the "Service").

2. The Service

maildome is a multi-tenant SMTP relay for sending email from domains you own: authenticated submission, per-domain DKIM signing, rate limiting, suppression, delivery webhooks and sending statistics. We transmit your messages to recipient mail servers; we are not an email marketing or list-management product.

3. Acceptable use

You may send only mail that the recipient has agreed to receive or that you are otherwise legally entitled to send. You must not use the Service to send:

You must include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism where required and honour opt-outs promptly. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate sending that generates excessive bounces or spam complaints, or that violates this policy, with or without notice, to protect deliverability and other customers.

4. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account and SMTP credentials. Keep credential secrets confidential; rotate or revoke them if compromised. You are responsible for the content of every message you submit.

5. Sending domains

You may send only from domains you have added and verified (DKIM/SPF/DMARC). The envelope and header From must belong to a verified domain; mail failing sender authorisation is rejected.

6. Plans, quotas and billing

Sending is subject to your plan's limits (domains, messages per hour/day/month, message size, retention). Paid plans are billed by card via our payment processor. Non-payment may lead to suspension. Quotas may be enforced by deferring or rejecting over-limit mail.

7. Compliance and suppression

We maintain a suppression list per account: hard bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically and we will not attempt further delivery to them. You must not attempt to circumvent suppression.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. During the current pre-release period no service level is guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the portal. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to your account email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic; the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.

13. Contact

Questions: via the support form in the portal, or the operator contact on record for peers network s.r.o.
